The Lake Elmo Inn is located on the eastern edge of the Twin Cities, just south of Stillwater, Minnesota and just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Minneapolis and St. Paul, amidst the country charm of historic Lake Elmo. Just 4.5 miles east of the 494/694 loop, it is closer than you think.

From the Twin Cities, take Interstate 94 east to Interstate 694 north and exit Highway 5. Take Highway 5 east into Lake Elmo. Turn Right on Lake Elmo Ave, which is also County Road 17. Proceed south for 2 blocks. The Inn is located on the righthand side. If you reach the railroad tracks you have gone to far.
