This platter consists of a 5 ounce cold water lobster tail, 1 U10 pan seared
scallop, 2 jumbo tiger shrimp, 3 ounces battered fresh Alaskan cod, 1 split king crab leg, served with oven roasted brussel sprout leaves and boiled new potatoes
